The Don graces the Native Sons Wall, Wynwood

The Native Sons wall, located on NW 24th Street, Wynwood, serves as a spot for Miami graffiti and street artists to have fun and represent their hometown. You'll find local legends like Krave, Atomik, Siner and Quake, alongside many talented artists, all reminding visitors why Wynwood became popular destination in the first place. For Ravie and I, painting Don Shula, a larger-than-life figure in South Florida, seemed like something past overdue. The portrait depicts the coach flashing his 72' undefeated ring... a not-so-subtle allusion to the piece's play on words. The tribute was painted on the week of his birthday, in 2015.
